ORDER

Amit Kapoor vs. Cell Point etc.

CC No. 151 of 2016.

 

Present: Sh. Piyush Rohilla, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

              Sh. Brijesh Chauhan, Advocate, counsel for OPs.

                        Counsel for the OPs made a statement that they are ready to replace the old mobile set with new one subject to handover the old mobile set alongwith accessories to the OPs. He further stated that after deposition of old mobile set they will provide new mobile set to the complainant within a period of 30 days.

                        On the other hand, counsel for the complainant made a statement that in view of the aforesaid statement, he does not want to pursued the present complaint, which may be filed.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by both the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off accordingly. Both the parties shall remain bound by their respective statement recorded separately. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
