Sh.Inderjit Lakhra, Adv.counsel for the applicant got recorded his statement that the respondent has handed over new mobile set to the applicant alongwith a cheque of Rs.1000/- in compliance of the order of this Forum dated 21.9.2015. As such, applicant does not want to proceed further with the present execution application and withdraw the present execution application. Resultantly, present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
