Son of Complainant appear before this court along with his adhaar card and adhaar card of his father with a petition for withdrawal of this case. He submitted that the complainant Santosh Kumar is sick and unable to move so he being the son has approached this comission for withdrawal of this case duely sign by his father.From comparision of withdrawal petition with complaint petition.It transpires that signature of complainant on complaint petition and on the withdrawal petition is same and similar.

                                                                                               Hence on the basis of withdrawal petition this case is dismissed as withdrawn. Office to deposit the record in the record room .
