Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant. But the complainant did not file any show cause this day. Even she did not take any step.

Heard the Ld. Advoacte for the O.Ps. Perused the case record. It appears that since 16.01.2020 the complainant is not taking any step. The complainant also did not file any document in support of his complaint. On calls none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Ld. Advocate for the complainant is also not available.

Under the above facts and circumstances, we have no alternative but to dismiss the case.
