                        Case called repeatedly since morning but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant. It is 3.40 p.m.  Perusal of record reveals that neither complainant nor his counsel is appearing in the case since last several dates which seems that complainant is not interested in pursuing the case. Therefore, finding no justification in further adjourning the case, the complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
