          Vide his separate statement recorded on 13.9.2024, the DH/complainant stated separately that he has received the entire decreetal amount from the JDs and therefore, he withdraw the present execution application being fully satisfied.

          In view of the statement of the DH/complainant, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
