Present:       Complainant in person along with Mr.Raj Kumar Chaudhary, Advocate.

                   Today the case is fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. At this stage, complainant by making a separate statement states that he withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file afresh.

                   Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
