Petitioner purchased 2000 model car in the year 2007 for a sum of Rs.1 Lakh. He gave the car for repair to the respondent. According to the petitioner, he was required to pay Rs.6,000/- to the respondent for  the repair of the car whereas the respondent demanded the sum of Rs.15,500/-. Complaint was filed alleging deficiency in service.

          District Forum dismissed the complaint, aggrieved against which petitioner filed an appeal before the State Commission which has been dismissed.

          We find no infirmity in the order passed by the fora below. An order in exercise of revisional jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 can be interfered with only if there is an error in the exercise of jurisdiction. We find no such error in the present case.

          Dismissed.
