            The complainant in this case has not put in appearance since the very first date of hearing, i.e. 27.10.2020 as per the orders uploaded on the CONFONET.   He was not present on 02.03.2022 and  13.5.2022. Today also he is unrepresented.  It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the  matter.  Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
