Perusal of the record shows that case has been received throgth E-Dakhil Portal. Notice was issued to complainant issued to complete the file for 12.04.2024, but on 12.04.2024 & then on 16.04.2024, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. Case was adjourned for today i.e. on 19.04.2024 for awaiting appearance of the complainant. Today, neither the Complainant nor anybody on his behalf has appeared in this Commission. It seems that the complainant is not interested to persue the present misc.application, so the present miscelleneous application is disposed of for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room.
