the Opposite Parties No.1 to 3.

 

Today Statement of Sh.A.K.Arora, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant recorded that he has received Cheque bearing No.103635 dated 27.09.2021 for Rs.1,26,218.88 and Cheque bearing No.103636 dated 27.09.2021 for Rs.70,998.12 each drawn on HDFC Bank, Kailash Building, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi favouring Complainant, Ram Chander as per settlement of the complainant with the Opposite Parties. He withdraw the present complaint filed against the Opposite Parties, since the claim of the complainant against the Opposite Parties stands fully satisfied, subject to encashment of aforesaid Cheques.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is withdrawn being fully satisfied, subject to encashment of aforesaid Cheques. File be consigned to the record room.
