Today is fixed for  filing show cause by the complainant.

Complainant has not taken any steps.

On call nobody appears for the complainant.

No show cause has been filed.

The conduct of the complainant is clearly reflecting that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case and so this District Commission has no other alternative but to dismiss this case for non compliance of the order of this District Commission.

In the result, it is accordingly,

Ordered

that this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non compliance of the order of this District Commission.

No order is passed as to costs.
