                   (Notice of complaint was not ordered against the respondent No.2).

 

                   The matter has been amicable settled before the Mediator who filed his report, according to which as per settlement full and final payment of Rs.84,524/- has been made by the respondent to the complainant. Photocopy of cheque placed on record and in view of the report and settlement arrived between the parties as reported by the Mediator has not been disputed by any of the party, resultant present complaint has become infructuous and is dismissed as such. File be consigned to the records.
