Complaint against OP No.4 dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 23.02.2023.

ORDER

     Affidavit in compliance with previous order dated 31.10.2023 not filed by applicant.

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Kinshuk Nanda, Counsel for Complainant has stated that since the complainant Gaurav Mangla has expired and legal heirs of the deceased complainant cannot be approached by him, hence, at this stage, he may be allowed to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh after the legal heirs of deceased complainant approach this Commission. The present consumer complaint is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed for, as admissible under the law.

      Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
