Today the case was fixed for filing written statement and power of attorney on behalf of the OPs No. 1 & 2. However, Complainant Rajesh Kumar appeared and made a statement that the settlement has been effected with the OPs. He further stated that he has received the cheque No. 126439 dated 16.06.2023 of Rs.51972/- from the OPs. Therefore, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same. Heard. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
