Final Order / Judgement

                   File is taken up today as an application moved by counsel for the complainant.

               Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that the matter has been compromised to the tune of Rs.12,341/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Forty One Only) and he has received the amount vide cheque No.139992 dated 30.05.2024 as full and final settlement and he does not want to continue with the present complaint and withdraws the same.

                   Statement of counsel for the complainant has been recorded separately.

     In view of the statement made by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

                   Copy of the order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
