The complainant and his Ld. Advocate are present. The Authorised Officer and the Ld Advocate of the OPs are also present before this Upabhokta Lok Adalat presided over by Sri. Asish Deb, President, DCDRC, Purba Medinipur, Sri Saurav Chandra, Member DCDRC, and Smt. Kabita Acharjee (Goswami), Member (L) DCDRC.

         After hearing both sides it is settled that the OPs will make payment of Rs.50,825/- (Rupees Fifty thousand eight hundred and twenty five) only by issuing a Draft or by NEFT in favour of the complainant,within 30 days from the date of this order as towards one time settlement of the claim. It is to be mentioned that the complainant has supplied a cancelled cheque bearing no.000384 to the Authorised Officer for the purpose of compliance of the order.

          Thus the case stands disposed of.
