2. Care Health Insurance Limited (Formerly known as Religare Health Insurance Company Ltd) Corporate office at unit no.604,607, 6^th floor Tower-C Unitech Cyber Park, Sector-39, Gurugram, through its Managing Director.

                  File taken up today on the application moved by the learned counsel for the complainant for permission to withdraw the present complaint.

                 At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs, so he withdraws the present complaint being compromised.

                   In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
