                Shri Ashwani Kumar Popli, counsel for the OPs.

               

      Case file taken up in National Lok Adalat on the application moved by learned counsel for complainant.

        Learned counsel for the OP no.1 has suffered a separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties. As per compromise, OP no.1 is ready to pay Rs.81000/- as full and final settlement within 30 days from today.

        On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered a separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and complainant is ready to receive the abovesaid amount as full and final settlement. He withdraws the present complaint being compromised.   

        In view of the statement made by the counsels of both the parties, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties would be governed by the statements made by their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
