Kapil Kumar son of Ved Parkash, resident of house no.82/3, Roshan Ma, Panipat, now residing at house no.105, Moti nagar Karnal.

  1. Care Health Insurance Ltd., (Formerly known as Religare Health Insurance Co., Ltd.,) unite no.604-607, 6th floor tower-C, Unitech cyber Park, Sector-39, Gurugram through its Authorized signatory.
  2. Care Health Insurance Ltd., SCO 354, Mugal Canal road, old char chaman, Sector-13, Karnal, through its Branch Manager.
  3. Dua Multi-speciality Hospital, 45, Randhir Lane, Near Dyal singh college Karnal, through its authorized signatory.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

        File taken up today on the application moved by the learned counsel for the complainant and OP-1 & 2 for withdrawal of the present complaint.

                Learned counsel for the OP-1 & 2 has suffered a separate statement that the matter has been compromised with the complainant. As per compromise, company is ready to pay Rs.35,000/- as full and final settlement to the complainant within 45 days from the date of order.

        On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered a separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP-1 & 2. As per compromise, company is ready to pay Rs.35,000/- as full and final settlement. Complainant is ready to accept the said proposal. So he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

                  In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties would be governed by the statements made by their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
