1. Care Health Insurance Ltd., 354, Mughal Canal road, Old Char Chaman, Karnal, through its Manager.
2. Care Health Insurance Ltd., 5^th floor, 19 Chawla House place, New Delhi-110019, through its Manager.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Ravi Mehta, counsel for the complainant.

                                               

                Today the case is fixed for consideration on the point of admissibility.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that during the pendency of the present complaint. OP company has transferred of the Rs.15745.60/- on 09.08.2023 is account of the complainant but remaining amount of Rs.25000/- approximately has not been given by the company. So he withdraws the complaint with the liberty to file a fresh complaint with regard to remaining claim amount.          

                 In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies thereof. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
