ORDER:  

                   Application taken up today on the application filed by the complainant for recording the statement of the parties regarding compromise.

                   Shri Bharat Garg, counsel for the opposite party has made a statement that a compromise has been effected between the parties for a sum of Rs. 5,82,000/- as full and final settlement as the claim of the complainant.  A period of 45 days may kindly be given to satisfy the order/award to be passed by the Hon’ble Commission.

                   Shri Kamal Narnag, complainant has made a statement that “I have heard and seen the statement of counsel for opposite party.  I am ready to accept the compromise amount of Rs.5,82,000/- as full and final settlement of my claim qua the present complaint, within 45 days.

                   On the basis of the statements of the parties, the Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is disposed off with the direction to opposite party to pay Rs.5,82,000/-  to the complainant as full and final settlement of the claim of the complainant within 45 days from the date of this order.  There are no order as to costs.    File be consigned to the record room.
