                        Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.40 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  From the perusal of the order sheets, it is transpired that since 11.02.2016 nobody is appearing on behalf of the complainant.  This case has already been adjourned for more than one year in the absence of the complainant to afford him an opportunity to appear and prosecute his case.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his case.  The complaint of the complainant is dismissed for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the records.
