This complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 alleging deficiency in service against the opposite party in failure to hand over the photo album as promised by them along with a prayer to direct the opposite party to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- paid by the complainant to the opposite party , to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- paid by the complainant for the professional fees and miscellaneous expenses, to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony, pain and sufferings caused to the complainant, to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- for the loss of reputation to the complainant.
Endorsement made by counsel for the complainant that matter settled out of court. Hence consumer complaint dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
