Complainant, representative of OP and their advocates are present.  Both parties filed joint memo reporting settlement for Rs.50,000/-. Joint memo is accepted.  Complainant reports receipt of Rs.50,000/- from the OP as fully and final settlement. Accordingly, complaint is closed in view of the joint memo as full and final settlement. Close the file. Return copies extract pleadings  and documents to the parties.
