As per Mr. Satish Sapre,  Hon’ble President.

In present case OP moved application for dismissal of complaint on 17/07/2018, on the ground of pecuniary jurisdiction, which was after hearing the parties was rejected by this commission on dt.29/07/2019.

Being aggrieved by this order OP preferred Revision Petition bearing No. RP/19/53 before Hon’ble State Commission, Circuit Bench at Nagpur, which was allowed by Hon’ble State Commission on 25/02/2022 and set aside order passed by this commission dtd.29/07/2019. Furthermore, Hon’ble State Commission directed complaint be returned to the complainant for being presented to appropriated forum/Commission for being tried in accordance with law.

In view of the above factual background and order of Hon’ble State Commission dtd.25/02/2022, as this commission has not pecuniary jurisdiction. Hence, present complaint is returned to complainant for being presented to appropriate commission.

Accordingly case is disposed of as returned.
