1. Capital India Home Loan limited (CIHL), having its branch office at: third floor over central bank of India, main market, Sector-7, Karnal through its Branch Manager/authorized person.
2. Capital India Home Loan limited (CIHL), having its registered office: 2^nd floor, DLF centre, sansad marg, New Delhi-110001, through Branch Manager/CEO/authorized perso.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

             File taken up today on the application moved by the learned counsel for the complainant for withdrawal the present complaint.

             At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that, so he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdrawal the same.

                   In view of the above statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
