On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that OP was proceeded ex-parte vide order dated 21.10.2019 thereafter on 12.02.2021 complainant filed ex-parte evidence. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
