Ms. N. Sahu, learned counsel, appearing for the opposite party is present. However, today also none appeared for the complainant. It appears from the record that this case has been fixed for admission hearing for quite some time and most of the dates, learned counsel appearing for the complainant either absent or has taken time for admission hearing.

      In view of the matter, we are of the considered opinion that the complainant is not interested to pursue his claim. Hence, the complaint is not admitted and accordingly the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
