Hence- it is,

ORDERED

          That the complaint be and the same is allowed with cost of Rs. 5-000/- each against the op nos. 1 & 2 respectively.

          Op nos. 1 & 2 are hereby directed to handover the said camera set after removing all sorts of defects and make it usable by the complainant for his education purpose and same must be handed over to the complainant within 15 days from the date of this order after making the said set free from all troubles and any defects and at the time of handing over the camera op shall have to hand over a certificate that it is free from all defects and it is fit for use by the complainant in future and for such repairing no cost shall be charged by the ops from the complainant.

          For harassing the complainant by the ops in such a nature and also for adopting deceitful manner of service- ops jointly and severally shall have to pay a sum of Rs. 10-000/- to the complainantwhen a false stand has been taken by the manufacturers and sellers and service department and no doubt complainant has suffered much for proceeding with his education carrier and said amount shall be paid within 15 days from the date of this order.

          For adopting unfair trade practice by the ops and also for adopting deceitful manner of service- ops are imposed penal damages to the extent of Rs.10-000/- and same shall be deposited to this Forum to check their future act of service and selling the articles to the customer- so that op may not to do so with the customer and to give proper service to the consumer without harassment.

          Ops are directed to comply the order very strictly within 15 days and in default the penal action may also be started against them u/s 27 of C.P. Act 1986 for which further penalty and fine may be imposed.
