Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Present:        Shri Jaswant Singh, Advocate, Counsel for the Complainant.

 

                    File put up on an application moved by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant seeking permission to withdraw the present complaint. Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, on the instructions of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that the Complainant has received an amount of Rs. 65,000/- from OPs as full and final settlement of the claim; therefore, the Complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint; now, nothing is due against the OPs, hence, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of the Complainant, being fully satisfied.

                    Heard. In view of the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present Complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
