CC No.288 of 2024.

Sanjeev Kumar vs. Contabil Retail.

 

Present:       Complainant in person.

                    Sh.Jagjit Singh, Authorised Representative for opponent.

                                     

                  On the intervention of this Commission, parties have entered into compromise. Representative of the opponent on its behalf agreed to pay Rs.6500/- in lump sum as full and final as settlement of matter within 20 days and the complainant has agreed to it. Statement of complainant and authorized representative of the opponent record.

2.                In view of the statement of complainant and representative of the opponent, without passing any adverse comment on the act and conduct of any of the parties, matter being amicably settled, the complaint is accepted against the opponent, holding it liable to pay Rs.6500/- to the complainant as full and final settlement of the matter within 20 days from today, in default of it, the opponent shall be liable to pay simple interest @8% p.a. from the date of order till actual payment.

3.                Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, free of costs.

4.                File be consigned to the records.
