This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties.  After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite parties.  The 1st & 2nd opposite parties entered appearance but not filed written version.  When the case came up for consideration on 15/12/2022 the matter was referred to mediation and the opposite parties agreed to replace the computer printer which is the subject matter of the complainant.  And the matter was adjourned for reporting settlement.  When the case came up for consideration today, the complainant was present and filed a memo stating that he has received a new printer by way of replacement from the opposite parties and hence matter is settled and he is not willing to further proceed with this complaint.  The memo of settlement filed by the complainant is accepted and recorded.  In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties to the proceedings, we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed as settled.
