Today is fixed for ex parte hearing. No step taken by the parties. It is now 1:15 p.m. On repeated calls none appears from the side of the complainant. The record shows that three dates were fixed for ex parte hearing but the complainant has failed to prepare himself for hearing. He is found absent today. So we hold that the complainant has lost his interest in this case.

that the Consumer Complaint no. 96/2015 is dismissed for default without any cost.
