This is a complaint filed by the complainant under Section 12 (1) (a), 13(1)(2) & 14(1) (d) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to direct the opposite parties to supply and replace a brand new similar camera to the complainant along with its warranty, after receiving the increase in the price amount if any from him; to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards damages and compensation to the complainant to his said monetary loss and mental agony and for costs of this proceedings.

Today this complaint was called.Complainant and Counsel present.O.P.2 absent.Counsel represented.The complainant endorsed that he is not pressing this complaint at this stage with liberty to return back the disputed Camera from this Forum unconditionally.In view of the endorsement made by the complainant and the counsel, their complaint is hereby dismissed as not pressed.No cost.
