        This complaint  coming on before us for final hearing on this day, in the presence of the Complainant, and on perusing the material papers on record,  the Forum passed the following:

ORDER

        The Complainant filed a Memo stating that the Opposite Parties given a new Air Cooler, as such he is withdrawing the case.  Hence the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
