Today, the Ld. President is on leave. Sh.A.K.Gandhi, Adv. filed MOA on behalf of OPs No.1 & 2. Statement of Sh.Sukhbir Singh, Adv.Counsel for Complainant recorded that he has recevied a Demand Draft bearing No.207807 dated 08.09.2023 for an amout of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand only) today in the Commission. Apart from this, he has also received amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Two Lac only) from the OP's which is full & final settlement arrived between the parties. On the basis of fully & final settlement of Rs.2,50,000/- (Two Lacs fifty Thousand only) as above mentioned. Now, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

In view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
