None appears on behalf of the petitioner. The matter was passed over once and on the second call also none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner has filed the present revision petition defective. Petitioner has been given five opportunities to remove the defects. Petitioner has failed to do so. Notice was issued to the petitioner by Registered AD Post on 29.04.2013. AD card has not been received back. Since more than 30 days has elapsed, petitioner is deemed to have been served. There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner even today also. On the last date of hearing also none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and copy of the proceedings was also sent to the petitioner. Since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the revision petition stand dismissed in default and for non-compliance.
