Smt.  Bohti Devi wife of late Shri Surjan, resident of village Faridpur, Tehsil Gharaunda, District Karnal.

Canara Bank, Faridpur Branch, Tehsil Gharaunda, District Karnal through its Branch Manager.

                                                                                        ………Opposite party.

 

                   Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Present:  Complainant in person alongwith Shri S.N.Gaur Advocate.

                 Shri Sudershan Chaudhary Advocate for opposite party.

 

                Case file taken up today on the application moved by the complainant.  Complainant has made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the OP amicable and nothing is due against the OP. She do not want to claim any claim regarding the ATM of her husband. In future no Civil or Criminal  proceedings will be done by me or my legal heirs against the Bank(OP). She withdraw her complaint.

                   In view of statement of complainant the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
