ORDER

Sri. HCP Advocate filed power for the opponent along with an application for setting aside the exparte order for the reasons stated in the supporting the affidavit. P.A. holder of the complainant present and stated no objection to the said application. Hence, the said application is allowed and the exparte order passed against the opponent is set aside. P.A. holder of the complainant filed a memo to the effect that the matter is settled out of Forum and thus urged for the dismissal of the complaint as not pressed by the complainant. Hence, the complaint is dismissed as not pressed by the complainant and the file is closed.
