ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed. Complainant shall submit a written request to his Ex-employer (KPTCL) within one month of this order option for the payment of pension amount through some other banks of his choice and the O.P.2 shall issue cheque for the entire pension amount without deducting any amount towards service charges. The complainant is also at liberty to opt for receiving the pension cheques directly from O.P.2 if provided in the rules. Parties to bear the costs.
