                The complainant got recorded his statement to the effect that he has received a cheque bearing No.199420 dt. 28.03.2019 for the sum of Rs.5,000/- from the Op No.2 and there is no outstanding amount against the Ops, hence, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and withdraws the same. So, in view of statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  File be consigned to record after due compliance.
