ORDER

There is nothing on record to show that the claim of theft raised by the complainant has been rejected. If that is so, we dispose of this complaint by directing Opposite Party No.2 to pass appropriate order, if not already passed, qua the claim raised by the complainant positively within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, liberty shall remain with the complainant, if need be, to lay challenge to the said order, if it is not favourable to her.

                   Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties free of charge.
