Present complainant in person and Counsel for OP alongwith Manager of OP and filed settlement. Towards settlement OP has credited an amount of Rs.49,500/- in the account of the complainant and filed copy of statement of account of the complainant. Complainant vide his statement on the settlement stated that he is fully satisfied and no other grievance is left.

In view of the above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
