M/s Raju Steel vs. Canara Bank.

 

Present:   Sh.Surinderveer Singh, Adv. for complainant.

 

                                     Complaint presented before the registry of this Commission on 19.12.2023 and put up before this Commission on today itself. It is hereby ordered to be registered against the registration number already allotted by the registry of this Commission.     

                                       Complainant attached documents along with the compliant Ex.C.1 to Ex.C.17.

                             Today the case is fixed for arguments, on the point of admission, however, counsel for complainant suffered a statement, due to some technical defect, he withdraws the present complaint with the rider to file a fresh complaint, after removing the technical defect.

                                Keeping view of the statement suffered by the counsel for the complaint, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty to the complainant to file a fresh complaint, after removing the technical defect, if desired so. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
