Advocate for complainant filed a memo for withdrawal of the complaint along with copy of the registered sale deed executed by the Opposite Party Nos.3 to 7 in favour of the complainant and also submits that the Opposite Party has preferred the First Appeal No.218/2022 before the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, wherein the complainant submits that the execution of the sale deed was done on 12.05.2022 and in view of that, the Opposite Party Nos. 1 & 2 is required to release the balance amount of Rs.4,52,00,000/- in favour of complainant.  Accordingly, the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi has made an order directing the complainant to withdraw the complaint filed before this Commission basing on the subsequent developments. 

            In view of the direction given by the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, the complainant filed a memo for withdrawal of the complaint and prays to direct the Opposite Party to release balance amount of Rs.4,52,00,000/- in favour of complainant.  In view of the memo and direction given by the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, the Opposite Party Nos. 1 & 2 is hereby directed to release an amount of Rs.4,52,00,000/- immediately in favour of complainant. Accordingly, the complaint is disposed-of.
