This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 prays to pay a sum of Rs.19.03 lakhs (Rupees nineteen lakhs and three thousand only) towards compensation for mental agony, inconvenience and hardships caused to me and my husband.
Both parties called. This complaint was dispossed off on 30.12.2008. Thereafter F.A 178/2009 filed and disposed off on 04.03.2010. Thereafter R.P.No.2322/2010 filed before the National Commission also disposed off on 16.09.2011. Order copy of District, State and National Commission enclosed.
Hence no useful purpose will be served is keeping this complaint pending. This complaint disposed off by this commission on 04.03.2010 and the same is recorded.
