By filing this petition the complainant has stated that during the procedure of this case the O.P. No.2, Canara Bank, Mathrun Branch deducted Rs.13,336/- from his account being No.3641108002084 on 28.8.2017 and prayed before this Forum to restrain the O.P. No.2 from any deduction of amount from his account till disposal of this case and for proper adjudication of the case. The petition is supported by affidavit. We carefully perused the contains of the pleadings and we are of the opinion that the prayer of the complainant as mentioned in the petition dated 27.02.2018 should be allowed. Hence, it is
ORDERED
that the M.A. Case No.13/2018 is disposed of allowing the petition dated 27.02.2018. Let the copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
