ORDER

Complaint is allowed. O.P. is directed to refund Rs.1889/- to the complainant with interest at the rate of 6% p.a. from 18.09.2003 with cost of Rs.200/-. The above amount shall be paid to the complainant by account payee cheque within a period of two months, failing which the O.P. shall be liable to pay future interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from such date till the repayment. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to O.p. by RPAD and to the complainant under COP.
