A Compromise petition jointly filed by the complainant in this case Lal Babu Saha along with Op. Sr. Manager Canara Bank  namely  B.P.Tiwari agreed with term and conditions of the compromise with settlement made by them and also the complainant is agrees to the said settlement and also agreed to receive payment of Rs 56,712/- against three fixed deposit.  Perused the petition. Personally Heard both the complainant and the OP in presence of the Adv. In respective today for ends of justices the petition is allowed.

                          In view of the compromise petition this complaint is dismissed with a direction to both the parties to be stickled with their commitments. Accordingly the CC Case is disposed of.
